Q,  “ How long will I have to wait for my Gas strap” ?

A,  I usually have the strap made and sent within two or three days depending on what else I have on at the time. I have a “real “ job too :-(   Delivery tends to be around a week to 10 days or so depending on your locale, obviously quicker for UK residents.  

 

Q,  “Do prices include shipping to anywhere” ?

A,  Yes, standard shipping is included in the price for small orders. If you want tracked and signed for It is an extra 5 to 10 Gbp depending on value of package being sent.  Postal days for this option is a Saturday.

 

Q, I have not received a reply from you, what are you playing at and what should I do ?

A, Please give me a nudge again, I have been known to miss emails, im not being rude Im just crap at admin !!!

 

Q, How should I measure my wrist for a “Gas” strap,

A, Please measure your wrist with the measure not pulled tight against the skin but just making contact all the way around, I add a tad to the measurement you give me and the webbing straps have around 10mm adjustment either way.

 

Q, Ggggrrrrr My “Gas” strap is to tight !!!

A, If you have measured as described above then it should be fine, If however the strap is too tight

I will gladly exchange It, I will however require that the short one is sent back to me in unused condition.

 

Q, Can you make specials that are not shown on the site?

A, I can try, feel free to ask.

 

Q, Do you supply spring bars with your straps

A., No.

 

Q, Can I have labels made up with my own wording

A,  Possibly, but minimum order is 100 with a two to three week wait.

 

Q : How long will it take for you to make my GGB strap ?

A : After all details are received then I aim to make and send the strap within 3 days. At busier times straps will be around 4-5 days before posting.

 

Q : How soon should I expect to receive my strap ?

A : US takes around 7-10 days, Europe is around 5-7 and Uk obviously much quicker. Uk straps are sent recorded. Single straps to other areas are sent standard post and two or more sent RM airsure.

 

Q : Is my strap water proof?

A : My straps are made from Polypropylene which is in effect plastic so while water proof it is advised that the Velcro loop will become water logged  and need a thorough drying out after immersion.

Q : How long will the Velcro last ?

A :  Velcro has a finite life and will not last as long as the main body of the strap. With constant use then I would hope that the strap would last around 5 to 6 months. Rotated with other straps then obviously much longer.

 

Q : GRRRrr My GGB strap is to small/too big, what you going to do Bones !! ? GGRrrr

A : Any strap that  is returned to me unused will be replaced FOC.

 

Q : Are there any other straps available that are not shown on the site ?

Q: Can I purchase the Bremont MB strap from you ?

A: Sorry but no, the MB strap is only available via Bremont.
